Salt wedding anniversary gifts?

We stick to the UK traditional list for gifts. This year is salt and I'm stuck!

He cooks but only out of necessity, and wouldn't use bath salts.

What the heck do I get him?

A cruet. Maybe a mini one for taking on picnics.

Nice salt grinder

I would just do a useful pack of coarse sea salt and celebrate your anniversary with a meal or whatever you like doing rather than spend money on stuff for the sake of it.

I'm purchasing now for 8th anniversary

Google giving me mixed answers if it salt or bronze for 8th!

It depends which country you are in and if you're following traditional or modern???

Says modern is linen & lace for 8th

Traditional salt & bronze seem to be listed

Confused

It's bronze or lace for 8th.

If you look at actual old, printed reference sources, not online, that is.

Seems like modern is lace/linen
Traditional salt (UK) bronze (USA)
