I absolutely refuse to set eyes on that program. My mum watches it and she switches off when I go. MP must be getting on a bit now like we all are. I was 12 when I was listening to Wet Wet Wet in the late 80s. I'm 46 now. I might have to ask Alexa to play some WWW later on. Not love is all around though. No thank you.

I know conditions are more difficult than a recording studio, but I didn't find it that good. Was it just me?

He's definitely lost his voice. No where near as good as he used to be.

I didn't see the show but Marti Pellow had alcohol and then heroin issues so his voice is bound to have been affected. He had such beautiful eyes and such a cheeky smile back in the day though. Great song.

He's also heading towards 60! That makes me feel really old!

And yet some people can still do it. Saw Tom Jones a few years ago, and he was fab. Maybe if you have the other issues that has more affect than just age.
