Thermometer - does this exist?

I run a food bank and we're just about to start collecting frozen food. As part of the logistics, we need to measure the temperature of the freezer twice a day. This is going to be an arse ache because other than when we bring the food to the freezer and distribute the food, we are not in the area of the freezer.

I want a thermometer that sends temperature readings to my mobile phone remotely. I can find loads that will do it via Bluetooth if you're in the area, but haven't managed to find anything that I can log in completely remotely.

What do I need! Ideally for under £20 as believe it or not, foodbanks don't have loads of money, so I'll probably be paying for this one myself!

I don't know, but if there is such a thing then it would itself need to be connected to the Internet wouldn't it? So, is that likely to be possible in its location?

This place has loads of different thermometers, I think what you are looking for is out of your budget. I'm a cheeky cow though (I once got South African airways to take a batch of bras from London to Johannesburg for free) so I would call them, explain you are looking for something for a food bank and ask for a donation.

Maybe offer a pic in the local paper to give them some publicity.
