Anyone in southern Spain? What’s the weather like at the moment, and what are you wearing?

And yes, I have looked at multiple weather forecasts. But after the wardrobe misjudgement of Washington 2019 (3 pairs of chino shorts in a week of unpredicted drizzle), I can’t be trusted to dress appropriately. And we are travelling to inland cities by train, so have limited luggage options.

Is it as warm as the weather apps say, or are people still in light jackets, knitwear etc. Will I be freezing in dresses and a denim jacket? Do I need sandals? Do Spaniards even wear shorts in town? Is it too hot for jeans during the day? Any wardrobe mishap avoidance tips would be appreciated.

I'm in Almeria - near Mojacar.
Weather has been warm/hot all week - cold in the mornings until about 10am and chilly in the evenings (to need a jacket or jumper). It's about 25-28 during the day though usually with a breeze to lessen it. I've been in flip flops and summer dresses all week, though not necessarily super thin material. Linen and heavy cotton has been fine.
