...when there used to be a 'pram' section on MN.

People on the rest of MN used to refer to them as the pram huns.

There was a big drama because someone had been begging for second hand clothes and prams and stuff and it turned out that the poster was collecting them for their teddies or a reborn doll or similar...

The poster admitted it and the pram huns were hurt and aghast.

Did I fever dream that? Must have been about 15 years ago...

I think you're right it wasn't an actual pram section but the people who used it were known as pram huns.

They'd compare colour ways on bugaboos and stuff.
