Hi all, I'm currently applying for graduate jobs, I'm not sure if the sector is relevant here so if it is, please ask. I have an interview within the next few weeks, I'm assuming that there is a second interview stage to progress to as the email stated "first interview" and it's via teams. I'm doing some research on the company in preparation but I'm not feeling too confident at the moment. Some interview questions are tricky for me to answer and in my head, I feel like the interviewers are trying to catch me out (probably not though) for example: "where do you see yourself in 5 years?" or "why do you want to work for us?". I also find it difficult to memorise information so when an interviewer asks me what I know about the company, my mind goes blank. Could you give me some tips, please?
