Hip pain - start of Labour?

Hi

has anyone’s Labour started with horrendous hip pain. Had it since I woke at 8am this morning, it’s constant, paracetamol not touching it.

Have had SPD for months and this pain is different and more intense. Moving or changing position makes no difference.

Im 37 weeks, but booked for an ELCS at 39 weeks.

If your Labour started like this how long between hip pain and waters or contractions starting?

Hi. if its constant its probably not labour, but maybe your baby has moved down and causing pressure. The night before i went into labour i had a bad back and could hardly walk, it was where the baby had moved down ready for labour
