Didn’t receive an expensive delivery & delivery company forged my signature

I didn’t receive a delivery worth £500+. When I enquired with the company I bought it from, they claimed that it was received and showed my a signature as proof of delivery. Sellers and delivery company are two different companies.

The proof of delivery they presented was a photo that showed an illegible signature and below the line ‘signed by MYNAME’. I didn’t sign it. I received only a part of my delivery on that day - items worth approx £20 - but not the expensive items which were part of this order. So I refused to sign for it because the order was incomplete.

What can I do now?

show them your actual signature

Problem is, this signature looks like it was done on one of these electronic notepads where signatures usually look nothing like a real one on paper…
