What do I want for my birthday?

It's in two weeks, I'm in my late thirties. My children will be with their dad for the day and the one after.
DP doesn't live with me but I will be seeing him on the day, I want to avoid the inevitable "what do you want to do?" "Dunno, what do you want to do?" conversation by actually having a plan.

Some notes - I don't drink alcohol so celebratory champagne/going out for drinks is a no go. I had thought about a spa day as I have never done one before, but I am currently signed off work with stress/anxiety/depression and don't really want to be around people I don't know where I have to make conversation. I saw and liked the idea of the "Reading Spa" I saw on here but don't live close enough to Bath and can't find anything like that close to where I live (South East)

What I'm secretly hoping is that DP will surprise me with something that he knows I will enjoy (he's amazing at presents, as in physical objects, but not so much with planning days).

Does anyone have any bright ideas?

A spa could still be good; you don’t have to speak to anyone you don’t know and it’s relaxing

Maybe a nice lunch out or a trip to the coast for fish and chips
