I agree that it's some kind of corsetry. It makes him look like he has an ample bosom.

That's a very ill fitting suit.

Could be a hard plastic back brace. They can show like this under clothing. Used for things like scoliosis and after back surgery.

I also think it's some kind of brace and possibly the only way to ensure that he could walk into the court. Recently (last couple of years) he's been photographed in a wheelchair, in pain and rather disheveled/uncomfortable. I guess millions in the bank can't provide a cure but it can provide a 'tailored' jacket.
