As the title says. I have a booking with them and we have been asked at last minute for a security deposit for the apartment we are due to stay at next Friday. T&C's state £150 deposit (not mentioned durong the booking process but I didn't read all T&C so my own fault) however they are asking for more than this due to the location (watford) and I'm suddenly slightly anxious.
Just wondering if any mumsnetters have used this company?
