I have started going to the gym to lift weights to try and help gain weight but due to one reason or another have only really been able to go once a week.
How much weight can I put on by summer?
I'm very slim and whilst I think I am a healthy weight, I prefer myself with a big more weight and would like to feel confident in a swimming costume on holiday.
I struggle to eat enough to be in a calorie surplus. Any tips are most welcome.
