Overcoming Binge Eating by Dr Christopher G Fairburn is a really good book. You may not be a binge eater but I’d binge whenever I felt emotional. It helped me deal with my emotions a bit better.

I’m sure someone will be a long soon to recommend a better book but that worked for me

Two books that helped me:

  1. The binge cure
  2. Dopamine nation - this one is less about eating, but the root causes of how we get addicted to it for a small "high"

Gender Roth's books are good. Also:

Intuitive Eating
The Fuck It Diet
I can't stop eating, Sarah Dosanjh
