very early and long period

Im currently on day 15 of a period that started 10 days early:(
Gp cant see me until 21ist.
Im in so much pain that no painkillers are helping 😢

No medicine or birth control.

Any advice

How old are you? I'm 53 and had this last month - obviously the start of menopause for me. Could you be pregnant?

31 and we use condoms so very unlikely
