Hate what they've done to my hair!

I went to the hairdressers mid march and asked for a balayage. I showed photos of what I wanted which was an Ash brown and Ash blonde balayage.

My hair is naturally dark and I've had the same hairdresser colour my hair before with this being the 3rd time.
The first time I wasn't too impressed with the colour, second time was much nicer but this time it looks awful.

I hate it so much.... The roots are really brassy and orange.
I paid 150 for the cut and colour.
Should I go somewhere else and ask them to do my hair or go back for a colour correction?

Go back to them but ASAP

That's if you want them to correct it for free which they should if you're not happy with it but it has been a few weeks, would have been better to say you didn't like it at the time/within a few days.
Otherwise, go somewhere else. Ask around for recommendations

Reason I didn't say anything was because I didn't realise just how orange and tried blue and purple shampoos to tone down the brass which of course haven't worked. Also thought I'd wait it out and see how it fades but hate it.

I'd ring them and explain. Hopefully they'll offer to fix it, if not for free maybe for a smaller fee which would be cheaper than starting again with somewhere else. I feel for you, it's rubbish not feeling good about your hair!
