Visiting Poland soon, any recommendations for OTC creams, cosmetics, medicines, things to stock up on while I'm there?
I always buy tretinoin cream in Spain as it's prescription only here.
Any other good buys, food, clothes etc.

If you suffer with UTIs often, stock up on Urofuraginum. No need to be in pain waiting for GP appointment if you have it at home.
Smecta powder for stomach bugs. Sucks it out of your stomach like a sponge. Much much better than just taking loperamide tablets which only stop diarrhea.
Maxibiotic/Polibiotic cream- for any scratches and wounds that are flared up due to bacteria in them. I can't believe you can't find such things in the UK and people end up on IV drips after cat scratch when there is an easy fix for it😓

Colourful tights, hats and gloves but maybe that's just me. Also Christmas decorations
