We live in a 3 storey victorian terrace with a leaking roof. The whole thing needs replacing as it's put in wrong, tiles are all wrong, flashing is wrong. Does anyone know how much more it would cost to raise it to ceiling height so we could eventually convert it to a bedroom? Feels like such a waste of 10k otherwise. (we're in london.)
