I'm using my laptop, not my phone. I never used to have this issue. I want to support my favourite sellers and include a photo. The option to upload a pic is there but when I do it says 'Oops something's gone wrong, try again'. The photo is the correct format and size for Etsy. Also, it makes no difference what browser I use. Any ideas?
