I went swimming for two hours with my boyfriend, our 8 month old and his family. His family looked after the baby while we went on a few water slides, I can’t swim that well to be honest so I walked across the pool most of the time or I hung on to my boyfriend and he pulled me along lol
The swimming costume I was wearing was quite tight, my areola kept slipping out of the cups so I had to keep rearranging myself 😩 I don’t know if this is because the cups were too small or too big? But either way it was squashing my breasts instead of lifting them and it felt a bit tight, y’know?
Anyways, I got changed and dried off, I looked down and I noticed I had white on my nipples. I managed to scratch it off 🥴Was that breast milk?! I stopped pumping about 2 months postpartum as nothing was coming out. Not even a drop.
the water was cool by the way, not even warm.
