Air fryer for family of 6

Tempted by air fryers but can't decide between a large one with two baskets like ninja with two baskets or a large one with only one basket but more capacity ?

Just wondering what other people with large families have found useful?

I have the ninja with one big basket can do a chicken, my son has the dual draw won't fit a whole chicken.
I love mine oven chips 12 mins and the best, chicken breast about the same, toasted sandwich a minute.

@jannier how long does a whole chicken take you ?

Depends on what you want to cook.

First link is just air fryer.

Second link is multicooker.

I had the same dilemma and went for multicooker as it has more functions.
Whole large chicken takes 40 minutes-20 minutes on pressure cook (collect stock from soup) then 20 minutes on air fry to crisp it up.

I have the Ninja foodi 15-1 mult cooker. I was Reluctant at first dh wanted it, it's the dogs dodahs I love it I can't remember the last time I used my oven.

I have a (not ninja) large single basket one - family of 5. Whole chicken takes 1hr 10mins, and so juicy.
I can't do a whole meal in it, so for instance if I'm making breaded chicken (20mins) I won't do it with chips - I'll do a side which doesn't need oven cooking. It works for us.
Toasted sandwiches are the best!

We have the 300 ninja duel one (3 person household) the 400 is the biggest so I guess that would be better for you? Curry's have them on display so maybe have a look at sizes in there?

Family of 6 here too.

We have a ninja 451 so the 9L dual with meat probe.

I can fit a 2kg chicken in one side. The best feature is the sync setting so you can set it to cook the other side at a diff temp and time and both sides will finish at the same time.

I also have a cheaper tower single basket 4L one that I had before I upgraded to the ninja. I still occasionally use the dual and the single, especially if we're having a particularly bad, freezer tea 😂

I only use the oven now if I'm making yorkies or cooking pizzas.
