I'm living in a tiny (rented) flat with my three children, we moved here as it was all I could afford at the time. We're in london where we need to remain. Over the past two years I've saved really hard and now have a decent amount of savings to fund a move.
I'm really struggling to find anywhere that will accept me due to my poor credit history. I was in an abusive relationship and he ran up endless debts which I'm responsible for, phone contracts etc. I'm slowly repaying what I can afford but after a CCJ I'm completely undesirable to estate agents despite being able to provide a glowing current landlord reference.
Where do I go from here? I'm stuck aren't I.
