Asda rewards help

Asda rewards says I have £57 in my cash pot. I go into the app in the “spend section” to create a voucher. When I then select the amount of the voucher I want to create it won’t let me. The numbers are all greyed out and won’t allow me to select them, it just doesn’t do anything. The vouchers are in date so I am really confused as to why I can’t create a voucher for my online order I have booked for this week. Can anyone help?

I’ve never had to create a voucher. I just press the ‘add E voucher’ in the payment bit and it takes it off my total.

Apologies. It’s been a while, DH (shared account) generates the voucher but he doesn’t have to put a code in, he says it just does it. I just enter the code in the Evoucher bit when paying.

have you already booked your delivery slot ,i think you have to create them before checkout,as i know instore if a customer goes to create one after i have scanned their rewards app and pressed total on my till it wont let them create one

I’ve just done it! I had to go to the checkout page. Then jump back on the Asda rewards app, create the voucher. Then return to my checkout. Thank you 😊

Does anyone else think the rigmarole to access Asda cashpot by having to download an app just to access it is a rigmarole so most people don't bother? I've never ever had a Supermarket account that was such faff to get access to my "Points"..
