Anyone know what this itchy rash is

Hi, about 10 weeks ago I got this rash on my two elbows and one arm. It feels dry and it's itchy. I've tried creams, antihistamines and washing it daily.

Does anyone have a clue what it could be?

Possibly scabies, one of the rashes looks like tunnelling.

Thanks will pop into my pharmacy and see if they have anything for it. Not sure about scabies as I've not been anywhere to pick them up, plus dh would have them by now.
