Anyone else affected by the Internet outage?

It's been off all day in the TS25 area - really inconvenient because i had a zoom planned with an old friend (and it doesn't work properly on my phone). Also means my home phone is off.

Really hoping they can get it back on soon - I can't watch TV or listen to music because it's all done via the Internet!

It's a postcode area. Everywhere in the UK has one. Then individual streets/areas have a second part.

yes mine as been off since 10am, they said they will be up and running again by 4.30 but still not working, we rely on internet as my area is poor for mobile signal, i also in ts25

It's rubbish, isnt it? Really sad i missed catching up with my friend - she lives abroad and we don't get to speak very often now!

it is, worse area i lived in for internet and mobile signal issues. i hope they fix it soon cuz i have had enough, sorry about ur friend and hope we get up and running soon, let me know when urs is back up, did they give u a time??

i rang them.3 times and all 3 times they said different times. i hope they get up and running soon otherwise they wont be getting paid 😡😡😡

It's not BT apparently, but a fault with the infrastructure. My mum's is down too and she's with TalkTalk.

I thought BT owned most of the infrastructure even if you were with another provider?

Or is it BT open reach saying they it's not their fault because technically another bit of BT owns the infrastructure?

I can assure you "the Internet" is still there and working just fine.
