Can anyone help me? Vinted seller...Evri label has expired.

My dd has started selling on Vinted so we are newbies to this. She was given a QR code which she thought was for InPost Locker. Wouldn't scan....bc the numpty didn't realise its actually for Evri. Now cos of the delay tge lael has expired. I said just ger her address and I'll send it Royal Mail. Is that the best thing to do....I have no idea how to get another Evri label and can't expect the buyer to pay again for another label. Help!!

Yes I'd do that, message the buyer, explain what's happened, get the address and post it asap at your cost.

If the label has expired the sale will likely be cancelled by Vinted and the buyer will be refunded. Has your DD been notified about this? She'll probably need to re-upload the item and see if the buyer would be happy to buy it again. I wouldn't post it out via another method as then it'll be outside the Vinted tracking system and she'll risk not getting paid.

Thanks....yes, that seems the best solution. I'm assuming we can somehow mark it sent...Im wondering if there's some sort of link between its postage status and the use of the Evri QR code.

It's all automatic so if the labels expired it has probably all been cancelled and refunded by Vinted. When you post items it all updates automatically and is marked as posted, I don't think you can manually mark as posted.
You can use In Post lockers for Evri though, unless it varies per location?

Thanks @Blossomandbee . When she scanned the QR code at the InPost Locker drop off point it said barcode not recognised.
