Marmalade

Can there ever be too much marmalade on your toast?

Are you a the type to smear thinly or do you spoon it on?

The more the better I say!

I just love Morrisons Thick Cut Marmalade the best 89p you can ever spend if you are a marmalade lover.

My dad always just smears it on but he only has Robertsons which is far too puny for me.

I only like the thick cut marmalades and at the moment, have home-made (bought, I didn't make it myself) in the cupboard. I like it heavily laid on top of thickly spread butter.

I love marmalade too.

My weekend treat is a slice of lightly toasted granary bread spread with butter and homemade marmalade. I relax with a cup of coffee and the Saturday papers, it's just perfect.

p.s. my homemade marmalade is hand sliced, so it's nice and chunky

I have literally just finished my marmalade on toast Not too thin but not lashed on either, an in between. Atm it is Wilkin & Son No Peel Marmalade

I also had marmalade on toast this morning. Home made, by me, I won't tolerate shop bought 😂

The best marmalade is made by my lovely mother in law.

No peel orange!!! That's not marmalade. I like the thick chunky stuff.... just had mine,seeded granary bread, but not spread too thickly,and got to be salted Cornish butter. DH puts it on about an inch thick, I still want to enjoy the bread,!!!

It has to be lemon and lime marmalade thickly spread over hot buttered farmhouse loaf. The best!
