Condiments Conundrum!

Oh wise Mumsnetter's please tell me I am not the only one whose fridge is bursting with condiments?! We seem to have accrued enough relishes, sauces, jellies, preserves, pickles, pastes and mustards to open our own slightly dodgy deli!
There's a veritable smorgasbord of things I don't recall ever buying (or receiving) that are jostling for space and crowding out the lowly yoghurts, cheese and humdrum every day necessities. But can I bring myself to part with any of the blighters? Nope!

The pomegranate molasses (guilty of buying that one) was indeed very nice with some lamb kebab/rice & flatbread thing I made last year but has now welded itself to the shelf....I fear nothing short of an oxyacetalyne blow torch is freeing that baby. I get as far as deciding what the "essentials" are and vowing to clear out the rest but am then struck by THE FEAR that some of those less well known saucy delights hold the secret to my 'Nigela-ness'
Anyone here relate or have a food cupboard conundrum of their own? Maybe we could do swapsies!

Oh god, DH is always moaning at me for this. I didn't help by going into the Rick Stein deli in Padstow last week and coming out with about 15 jars more... but I couldn't help it Blush his apple and walnut chutney is amazing, and the tomato and cumin salsa.

I do regularly have a cull each Christmas... to make room for more, of course.

Our new fridge has shelves in the door that are so deep I can fit two rows of jars in them. It's the answer...

Pomegranate molasses doesn't need to be refrigerated, and you can use it any time you'd use balsamic vinegar. Fab on salads!

I wish you could buy small jars (like the ones you get jam in) of horseradish etc. I often only use it once, then end up chucking it.

I used to have a separate fridge that was supposed to be for wine. It ended up being the condiment fridge.

@ReallyShouldBeDoingSomethingElse Life goals right there!
@BennyBlancofromtheBronx the wine fridge has (so far!) escaped the condiments conundrum... but now you have given me ideas!! 🫣
