Can anyone help me order this gift card ? Can’t find anywhere for recipient info?

Im not sure if I’m being dense but I’m trying to order an online gift card for a bday present but I can’t work out where Im supposed to put recipients email address.

Theres the order page with a box for order special instructions. The next page is billing address, then finally payment page. If I put recipients email address in contact address then I won’t get any order number etc and if I put my email in then I reckon the card will come to me.

Im used to online gift cards but this one has baffled me. Any ideas what to do please. I’ve contacted customer services but not got a reply yet and I’d like to send it over the weekend.

Have you put yours in then pressed continued to payment? Does anything come up then?
In lockdown I was ordering a gift for someone and ended up putting their address as the billing address because it seemed like there was nowhere to put their details but it popped on, annoyingly, right at the very last moment. It was a large national company too. It was weird.

Maybe they expect you to send on the card to them. For something of that value I’d probably rather do that anyway so I know it’s been sent properly.

Thanks photo. I filled in my details then went to payment and it just asked for card number etc. There was no shipping info box. I’ve ordered with the company before for myself and had no problems but I darent complete payment as I’ve got a feeling I’ll be sending myself the e-card .

Letsnotargue. Thanks. So if I get the card emailed to me then forward the email with it in to recipient can they just use the card?

I’ve ordered E-gift cards with other companies and there’s always a billing address and email and a shipping email address .

Worst case you can forward the e-card. It’ll just be a gift voucher code to use.
