Annoying tiny bristle... just me?

I have a chin hair, just one, emerging but not yet long enough for me to be able to catch it in tweezers and remove it. It's driving me BONKERS. Tiny stiff thing. I keep futilely trying to get it, and I end up pulling bits of my skin off because really it's not long enough yet. Do other people have this experience? Any tips for managing it, other than having the willpower to not touch it, at which I'm a dismal failure?

You need better tweezers! I have spent much of my life plucking out errant facial hairs (the joys of being pale with dark hair). Good tweezers can even dig out ingrown hairs as well as grab the shortest dot of a bristle and unearth it. I often find the silver pairs of tweezers with sharp, flat ends to be the best. And once you find a good pair - go back and buy at least 3 more! I'm always losing tweezers!

The tweezers that come in the little Swiss Army knives are perfect for this!
