Supermarket price hikes and inflation

Well it's taken them long enough to work out what mumsnetters have been saying for the last year.

We're being fleeced!!

The options are:

1. Write to your MP to ask for this to be looked into.

1. Get an allotment and grow your own food.

1. Only use small independent shops and boycott the supermarkets until they reduce their prices.

1. Put up with it as we're all too busy trying to run our jobs and families.

Either way, this should not be happening in a competitive marketplace
