What is this?

Does anyone know what this is and how I can get rid of them? Then keep appearing in the kitchen.

Might be a firebrat rather than silverfish? Tho they're very similar.

We used to have silverfish in the bath when I was growing up. I remember thinking they were my pets and keeping them inmatchboxes
