Fitbit sleep tracking

Anyone else got a Fitbit and track their sleep?

I know it’s not 100% accurate but wondering what other people get for their awake time?

It says you should be in the awake stage 10-30mins but mines always way over an hour.

I do sleep walk but not all the time (that I know), just wondering if other people get the same patterns?

Sorry 10-30 awake times a night not minutes!

This is mine. 32 mins awake, I knew I woke up at midnight wen DS came in.

I do! It always says I’ve been awake for 1hr - 1.5 hours, but I never remember being awake 😂

Mine usually says anything between 50 minutes and 1.5 hours awake. I can well believe this as I wake four or five times a night and can only get back to sleep if I put a podcast on

I'm exactly the same

This is mine. Some nights it thinks I wake up and don't go to sleep again

Glad I’m not alone with these magical hours awake i don’t remember. Might explain why I’m more tired some days 🤨

It looks like over half of your awake time is at the end of your sleep i.e when you are already awake. The awake times which actually in the night look quite low to me.

My fitbit sleep tracking was pretty accurate. My garmin sleep tracking is a load of utter nonsense, it claims I was asleep when I definitely was not.

TherealmrsT · 23/03/2023 18:50

I have a Garmin, which really can't tell the difference between me sitting on the sofa watching TV and being in bed asleep. I can understand when it can't tell between lying in bed reading and being asleep but it does make me think it's nonsense.
