Yesterday I bought some vouchers for disneyland Paris. I have used wowcher before for beauty treatments etc but never for trips. Immediately the link to redeem them didn't work. I went through the WhatsApp chat and they agreed it wasn't Woking. They emailed me twice today to say I need to book otherwise I may miss my preferred dates but the links and vouchers still don't work and I can't get anyone to answer via email or WhatsApp. Has anyone else had this problem? How do you sort anything if they won't answer?
