Ok, apologies not sure where to put this so I'm posting in here as I need advice/a hand hold.
We've just had a HV visit for our 11 month old, for a one year review.
He's developing well, seems health, no issues.
The only thing she's concerned about is, the size of his head. She's advised we contact our GP and speak to them as his head is measuring large and it's gone up two percentile lines since birth. She said after the first HV visit it should have been followed up then but the HV who saw us hasn't.
When I was pregnant his head measured large on the scans, I think it was 95th percentile but my midwife didn't seem concerned when I queried it nor did the sonographer.
I'm not the most logical of people granted, I'm a huge worrier and have mild anxiety and now I'm worrying to death that there might be something wrong with my precious baby.
Does anyone else have any experience with this or can offer any advice.
He does have a large head but I wouldn't say it's off the scale.
