Hi, I've had problems with a builder who hasn't finished a job properly and he also tried to fix another issue in a way suggested by him but it hasn't worked.
It's not a huge job but would cost about £300 to put right.
I have it in an email from them saying I should get a quote to have the job repaired by someone else but since then they have blocked and ignored me.
I followed the procedure of writing to them before making an official claim but still no reply.
My question is, has anyone had success in this kind of situation please if I do ahead with the claim through small claims court?
