What does your three year old eat in a day?

Picked up a few bad habits recently due to spending more time with Nanny (she means well but there’s too much sugar when he’s with her!) so I’m trying to break those and get back into a more balanced diet.

he usually has something like:
porridge/cheerios/marmite on toast/ homemade banana pancakes with jam or yogurt

morning snack - usually something like rice cakes, raisins, chopped strawberries

lunch - at nursery has a hot meal. At home I struggle with it as he won’t eat sandwiches and has gone off cold pasta which I used to make in advance and take out with us.
usually has a platter plate with crackers, hummus, cheese, maybe some crisps, fruit

afternoon snack - always seems extra hungry after nursery so I usually take two with me, variations on: rice cakes, oat bar, homemade loaf cake (something like a carrot, courgette and banana muffin type thing), cereal in a snack pot, breadsticks that kind of thing

dinner: homemade curry/bangers and mash with veg/ pasta with veg and garlic bread/ chicken wraps with avocado and carrot sticks/ fishfingers with veg and rice/ chilli/ spag Bol that kind of thing

doesnt usually have a pudding but if he does it’s usually jelly and fruit/yogurt and fruit/ sometimes fruit and custard

when he’s with my mum the snacks tend to be things like party rings, crisps and biscuits (which he is allowed I just prefer it not to be altogether in one sitting and not every day!)

does this sound pretty balanced? Some days we have more things like the rice cakes and oat bars other days more fruit and veg and cheese snacks. I struggle with snacks tbh.
