I've just sold something in Vinted for the first time

But not quite sure what happens now 😆 do I pay the postage ??

Once your item is sold out, Vinted will send you a notification that it's sold and a link to download the shipping label that's been prepaid by your buyer so you can simply wrap your item, attach the postage label and drop it off at your nearest parcelshop for delivery.

Ahh - so I don't have to pay even if it's with Royal Mail or something ?

I can only ship via Royal Mail as I live rurally.

I pay at the Post Office and then Vinted reimburse me for the amount of postage paid by the buyer on the listing.

Yes you pay if with Royal Mail as not supported by Vinted, also not internally tracked and not get paid straightaway. The buyer has to click all OK otherwise you will wait for a month to get paid if posted by RM.

Oh typical, post office is only round the corner from me too so would've been easy !!

I think if it's your first sell, neither you or the buyer actually have to pay postage.

Vinted should email you a parcel label based on the postage options you set up.
