Has anyone's hayfever flared up yet?
I had a cold 2 weeks ago and i thought I'd got better but then i just had some much muscus in my throat and nose (sorry tmi) my asthma has got worse and I've got a tight chest. My sinuses all feel congested and I had pressure in my ears although this has now gone. I had a hoarse throat but not sore and pretty sure I had post nasal drip that flares at night.
Could this be my hayfever starting again? I've had it quite bad for the past 3 to 4 years. Just checked the pollen app i have (klarify) it's saying tree pollen is low and one will be moderate tomorrow.
