I sent a package last Wednesday, I sent it Royal Mail 24, so it should have been delivered the following day, on the 16th. The tracking just says 'Item received' and then 'We've got it' an hour later (as in, RM, not the recipient). It has not been scanned since. When do I give it up for lost and file a claim? It was actually a returned purchase but the company does not offer any sort of return service so I'm at a bit of a loss as to what I should do now.
