Medical writing/medical communications?

Does anyone on here work in medical/healthcare communications and would be willing to recommend some agencies? I'm a medical writer and looking to move companies but have been scared off a few by negative reviews on Glassdoor. I need an agency in or around London

Would anyone be willing to share any companies they've had a positive experience with (even if privately by DM)?

Everyone I’ve known has contracted job by job usually via a few firms, and then ultimately tended to get work direct from previous customers.

Why does the agency have to be based in London given how remote the work tends to be?
