Universal credit and changing pay date.

I currently receive universal credit, my assessment period runs 27th to 28th and my paydate from my employer is 24th.

I am starting a new job and my pay date is moving to the last working day of the month. So in April i will be paid on 28th of the month which will be in the April assessment period I assume. Then in May I won't get paid until 31st May, So effectively no pay in the assessment period. Will I be overpaid by universal credit? Do I need to ask them to amend the assessment period?

Also will this affect me in February when I will get paid on 31st Jan & 28th Feb so effectively a double payment in the assessment period?

Good luck you can't change the assement date I'm now stuck my wages are 28th ish they took two months wages as monthly money so I got 54.00 for me my son after coming off tax credits working parttimd but your work coach can make sure your payments are allocated to the right periods.unfortunatly I'm not getting anywhere with this.
