Please help me find the Italian open air concert I saw on TV?!

I know this is hard because Italy has tons of open air classical much concerts but DH and I saw one on TV during lockdown. It looked lovely and people were all dressed up and dancing in the piazza and aisles. I remember at the time googling it and found it was on every year. Can anyone help?!

Was it one of Andre Rieu's concerts?

Or something at San remo?

What sort of dressed up?

Also thought ut sounded like Andre Rieu

Supposedly he is a very nice employer, and is partly motivated to treat people sooo well after seeing how his family members, when they were middle aged female orchestra members, lost jobs and struggled to get rehired as they were 'too old' and ought to be at home.

What’s the appeal of AR? It’s a standard waltz-heavy repertoire, women musicians and chorus done up like pastel Disney princesses, demented sets and polyester fake snow, and his violin isn’t miked, but people are weeping and going nuts?

My Dad adores Andre Rieu - he must have watched every concert at least 3 times - his favourite if pushed us probably the one with Anthony Hopkins in ( my Dad wasn't sure who Anthony was)

If I win the lottery I'd like to hire Andre to play in my Dads backgarden
