Basic camera for 6 year old

DD is saving up for a camera. She doesn't want a Polaroid/ instant one - she wants a basic digital one. I have a suspicion that a basic adult one would be better than a VTech or similar. Can anyone recommend one which is simple to use? She's very sensible and careful for her age. I will help out with the cost but she has saved £50 (£ from her grandmother, mainly).

If you can stretch to around the £100 mark, a Sony Cybershot is very easy to use and has decent picture quality. Nikon Coolpix is another option but I found the Sony gave better 'point and shoot' results.

It's worth considering used options as well with cameras as you get a lot more from your money. CEX is good and you get a two year warranty

I got my niece something like this..

Digital Camera, 1080P Compact Camera, FHD Photo Camera, 44MP Vlogging Camera, Portable Mini Children's Camera with LCD Screen, 16X Digital Zoom and 1 Battery for Students, Teenagers, Girls, Boys-Pink amzn.eu/d/elC9K6I

She loved it. Basic, but good enough to teach her the ropes.
