I had this bump pop up on top lips and it had was translucent also in 12 hours it completely dried out and disappeared.
I was gone same day it appeared. Idk if it was from trauma or not or allergy. Also would this be a cold sore

Sounds like an allergic reaction to me. It doesn't look like a cold sore - they tend to hang around a lot longer in my experience.

Usually Coldsores last longer but I have had coldsores go in 24 hours, on a few occasions. Was it itchy?
