Had rentokil in, still finding little black droppings every couple of weeks there is a new one. I’m really stressed now as found one upstairs on the landing earlier, I was told it was very unlikely they were in the house as they were in the loft. I say ‘they,’ only three have been caught in the last six months but I’m so anxious as have a baby who is crawling. How dangerous is this? I’m starting to stress they are in drawers and anything I drop on the floor I worry I shouldn’t use again and should bin.

unfortunately diseases can be passed through their urine. I’ve had mice before. Found rentokil to be expensive and useless. Sounds like they are still getting in somehow. Only thing that worked for me was to go round the whole house and plug any gap with wire wool. They can’t bite through it. You have to be so thorough though, even check the back of cupboards and remember they can get through the tiniest of gaps. If feel for you as it’s very stressful!
