Opinions please - won a gift set in a competition and it's arrived with one of 3 items smashed .

Do I say something ?
So they know they need to reconsider the postage company or just suck it up and say thank you regardless ?

No , an online competition from an online company - candle / body lotions , glass jar for candle broken (shattered) body jars ok
