Can anyone guess what decade this sign is from!

It's bugging me. I can't Google it, doesn't tell me how old the GP practice is but the sign is telling me 1980's?

My money's on some time after 2005.

I think late 90's to early 2000s. Reason being I worked in a place that had a revamp and the logo was redesigned to a more stylised symbol type of thingy and it was very 'cutting edge' and divisive among the staff.

The practice moved to the building in April 2006 as stated above, so mid 2000s
