Anyone else struggling? I’m on my 3rd sore throat / cold since the beginning of the year.
First one lasted for 3 weeks
then I was ok for 4 days
Second one lasted 10 days
Ok for 10 days
Now on my 3rd one
Thats not normal at all for me. Has anyone else experienced this and found a way to break the cycle?
