Royal Mail redirect all post moving house?

Hi guys,
ivd not long moved house and set up a redirection for Royal Mail in the mean time.
im about to change my VC5 log book and wondered whether this would have been included on the redirection as I’d paid for it if I have had any letters since moving out?

You set it up for a name so anything in that name is sent on.

Thanks, from googling it says certain things that say do not redirect won’t get redirected and I wasn’t sure if DVLA car related stuff would say that? Thanks!
