I have never had a best friend. I find it hard to make new friends in real life. I'm a bit socially awkward and get anxious in big groups. Does anyone else feel this way?

I think it's easy to get into a rut
Work - house work - shopping rinse and repeat .
I very rarely go out any more so lost touch with the few friends I had.
It can get lonely at times
